1. Who we are (data controller)

Algorithmica - FZCO, registered in the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA, Dubai, UAE), Trade License No. 29029, registration number DSO-FZCO-27121 (hereinafter — "Algorithmica", "we"), is the controller of personal data processed through the website https://algorithmica.io/ ("Site") and in the provision of access services to the Algorithmica service under the SaaS model ("Services").

2. Scope

This policy applies to: Site visitors; persons who submit an application/contact details through forms on the Site; clients/users who enter into an agreement with us and gain access to the Services.

3. What data we collect

Depending on the scenario, we may process the following categories of data:

Contact details: name, phone number, e-mail (e.g., when filling out a form on the Site).

Communications: correspondence and appeals (e-mail, messengers), content of requests and responses.

Data for the conclusion and performance of the contract: information provided by the user in the application and as part of onboarding.

Technical data: IP address, browser/device data, access logs to the Site and Service (for security and stability).

Data related to connection to the exchange account: descriptors of the account on the exchange/platform, API keys (with rights limited by the user), access settings, information about trading operations and results (to the extent necessary for the provision of Services).

Payment data: information about the payment of commissions/remuneration (e.g., wallet address, transaction ID, amounts, dates).

We do not request and should not receive passwords for exchange accounts from you. Do not give us passwords.

4. For what purpose do we use the data and on what basis

Below are typical processing purposes, data sets and legal bases.

Purpose: Response to requests and primary communication. Data: Name, phone, e-mail, correspondence. Basis: Contract/pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest.

Purpose: Conclusion and performance of the contract (SaaS). Data: Contacts, application details, account/access data, correspondence. Basis: Necessity for the performance of the contract.

Purpose: Technical support and service quality. Data: Correspondence, technical logs, connection parameters. Basis: Performance of the contract/legitimate interest.

Purpose: Security, prevention of abuse. Data: IP, logs, security events. Basis: Legitimate interest/legal obligation.

Purpose: Financial accounting, invoicing. Data: Payment data, payment history. Basis: Legal obligation/performance of the contract.

5. To whom do we transfer data

We may disclose personal data only when necessary: to contractors (processors) helping with hosting, e-mail, support, data storage and security; to messenger providers (e.g. Telegram/WhatsApp) if you choose these channels; to crypto exchanges (e.g. Bybit, Bitget, OKX) as part of the Services; to government authorities and courts if required by law.

6. International transfer of data

We are a UAE company, and infrastructure and contractors may be in different countries. If cross-border transfer is necessary, we apply protection measures provided by applicable law.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site may use strictly necessary cookies for correct operation. We do not use Google Analytics or Yandex Metrica on the Site (as of the date of this version).

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no method of data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

9. Your rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may have the right to: request access, correct, request deletion, object to processing or withdraw consent. Requests: sales@algorithmica.io.

10. Children

The Site and Services are not intended for persons under 18 years of age.

11. Policy Changes

We may update this Policy. The current version is published on the Site indicating the effective date.
