The Services are provided for informational and technology purposes only. The Company is not a broker, exchange, custodian, portfolio manager or investment adviser. The Company does not take custody of your funds. Assets remain in your personal Exchange account.

Trading digital assets, including algorithmic and margin trading, involves significant risk and may result in the loss of some or all capital.

Trading is conducted on third-party centralized exchanges. The Company does not control the operation of exchanges and is not responsible for events on the exchange side.
5) API access without withdrawal rights
Connectivity is via API keys created by you. The Company uses API permissions without withdrawal rights (trade‑only / no‑withdrawal). You are responsible for verifying API permissions and restrictions.
