Algorithmica (“Algorithmica,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you engage with our services, including our website, client portal, and investment platforms. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this policy. Our goal is to maintain transparency and trust while handling your data responsibly.

User Agreement (Terms of Use)

General Provisions

This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between Algorithmica FZCO, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, registered with the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA, Dubai) under Trade License No. 29029 (“Algorithmica” or “the Company”), and the user of the Algorithmica.io platform (“User”).

Registration on the website or use of Algorithmica.io services constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer. The Company reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement by posting a new version in the user dashboard or by email notification. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Subject of the Agreement

Algorithmica.io provides Users with access to technology services related to:
- Development and use of algorithmic trading systems;
- Quantitative strategy research;
- Analytical software and API interfaces.

The services are strictly technological and informational in nature. Algorithmica.io is not a broker, fiduciary manager, or investment advisor. All trading activities on connected exchange accounts remain under the full control and responsibility of the User.

3. Registration and Access

To use Algorithmica.io services, the User must complete registration and identity verification. The User agrees to provide accurate information and not to use the data of others. The Company reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate access in case of violations of this Agreement or UAE law.

5. Sharia Compliance

Certain trading practices (such as margin trading or short selling) may not conform to Islamic finance principles (Sharia). Users who observe Sharia principles must independently ensure that their chosen strategies comply with such requirements. Algorithmica.io does not claim Sharia compliance for its services unless explicitly stated.

6. Data Privacy and Processing

Personal data of Users is processed in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection and Algorithmica.io’s Privacy Policy. Personal data is used solely for service provision and is not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. Users may request deletion or correction of their data by written notice to Algorithmica.io.

7. Taxation and Legal Jurisdiction

Users are solely responsible for complying with tax and regulatory obligations in their respective jurisdictions. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai and/or IFZA.

8. Limitation of Liability

Algorithmica.io, its employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunities, arising out of the use or inability to use the services.

9. Acceptance of Terms

Before completing registration and gaining access to Algorithmica.io services, the User must confirm acceptance of this Agreement by ticking the checkbox in the registration form:

Registration and continued use of Algorithmica.io services constitute unconditional acceptance of all provisions of this Agreement.
